Technicians attending this program will be taught how to correctly read their financial statements, and have the tools to take action based on their findings. They will achieve greater profits, more cash flow, and have a more solid business. Ruth will go over each company’s Profit and Loss Statement and Balance sheet. Within this two day on-site training, contractors will have a better financial understanding and gain knowledge to increase their maintenance base minimum of 100 new maintenance clients. This means you will start building a savings account and eliminate the need for a bank line of credit and increase cash flow which helps get through slower times such as the pandemic that we are currently navigating through.
